Five stages, and no surprises in any of them.
Most projects run late for the same reason: a decision nobody was asked to make. So each stage below names what we need from you before it starts.
Understand
We learn the work by seeing it firsthand, building the scope around reality rather than assumption.
We need from you: An hour with the person who does it.
Define
We agree exactly what gets built — and what doesn't. The result is a scope you can approve and a plan both sides can hold.
We need from you: A written decision
Build
Progress is delivered in working cycles, so you can see the product taking shape instead of waiting until the end.
We need from you: Feedback within the agreed window.
Ship
We take care of deployment, monitoring, documentation and handover so the work is ready to live beyond our involvement.
We need from you: Access to required domains and accounts.
Hold
We remain available after launch, giving the product room to settle into real use.
We need from you: Nothing. That's the point of it.
How we behave.
Scope in writing, held to it
You approve a document, not a conversation. That document is what the work is measured against — and what a change gets judged against.
You see work in progress
Every cycle ends in something running on a real URL. There is no reveal at the end, because a reveal is just a late opportunity to find out it's wrong.
Bad news arrives early
If a deadline is at risk or a decision was wrong, you hear it from us before you notice it. This is the single biggest difference between a good agency and a bad one.
Handover is part of delivery
Documentation and a walkthrough are included in delivery, not treated as an afterthought. If you hire your own developers later, they should be able to pick it up without calling us.
