Small on purpose
We run a few projects at a time. It means the people you meet are the people who build the thing, and it means we can say no to work we'd do badly. Scaling headcount is the fastest way to become the agency we started this to avoid.
The standard doesn't move with the size
A focused landing page and a flagship product get the same finish; what changes is how much there is. We would rather deliver a smaller thing properly than a large thing approximately.
We say the uncomfortable thing early
If a product shouldn't be built, if a deadline is at risk, if the footage can't be saved — you hear it from us before you find out yourself. Saying it early has never lost us a client worth keeping.
