They apply to using vignatek.com. Project work is governed by the separate written scope and agreement you sign before we start — nothing on this page overrides that document.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a quotation. An engagement becomes binding only in a written scope document signed by both sides after a conversation about the work.

Stated timelines assume feedback returned within the windows agreed at the start of a project. They describe how long comparable work has taken, not a guarantee for yours.

For client projects, ownership of the delivered code, design files and infrastructure transfers to you on final payment. We keep the right to describe the work publicly only if you agree in writing.
